We thank you for choosing Ayushvi Health Pvt. Ltd..These terms must be accepted by you when you use Ayushvi website for our services.
You must not accept these terms if you are not of legal age to bind agreement with us.
Ayushvi team can make changes to Terms & Conditions at any time, at sole discretion. Our team will be notifying you know through website. It is a major factor that you agree to modified Terms & conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you cannot use the services any more. Our services are evolving over time. We can change or close any services at any time without any notice, at our sole discretion.
Do not use Ayushvi to promote any illegal activities. Do not access other user’s accounts without their permission. Do not disturb other people’s personal information like email ID, passwords, Play Store or App Store credentials without their permission. Please note that in case of any illegal activities from users, we can block their account permanently.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation and Reschedule
Customer can cancel or reschedule the appointment within 24 hours. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days from the time of Refund email received.
Package Service Cancellation and Refund
Customer can cancel the package subscribed within 30 days of the billing date. A cancellation fees of 30% of the package amount is deducted and 2% transaction fees will be charged extra.
Product Delivery Cancellation and Refund
Do not accept any product by the courier services if the product is opened or tampered. After you have placed the order, it can be cancelled before it is dispatched. In case you request for a refund, it will be processed through the same mode of transfer within 7 – 10 working days
Shipping Policy
The products are shipped within 2-10 working days, once the order is placed. The shipping time is dependent on the method of transit. Although, it may be varied in case of unforeseen circumstances or festivals. If your order is time sensitive, make sure to contact us. We will facilitate a speed up shipping if possible with an added cost. If the order amount is above INR 1000, it is shipped free of cost based on your location.
